If you do not wish to get any marketing or promotional emails then you can opt-out of the same by either contacting us or by following the instructions mentioned in the email.

We will process your request as soon as it is feasible and practically possible.

However, please note that you can’t opt-out of emails that are transactional or important in any regards to your bookings and else.

Non-usage of personal information

You can contact us if you would like to get your personal information deleted, suppressed, or called back which you have submitted earlier.

You can also change the information so that your details are up to date in our database.

For changes, we might send you emails or require identity verification.

The changes will be implemented as soon as they are feasible and practically possible.

Retention Period

We will hold your information for time till the purposes are fulfilled as per the Privacy Policy and longer if required or permitted legally.

Services to Minors

If you are under the age of 18 then the services are not directed to you. Thus, do not share any information with us through the means of our services.

To Non-US residents

Your CCPA Rights

Access:

You may request access to the personal information that Crystal Travel collected and maintained about you (along with information regarding its use and disclosure) over the past twelve (12) months upon appropriate verification. You may only make such requests twice (2) per every twelve (12) months.

Deletion:

You have the right to request that Crystal Travel delete personal information collected and maintained about you, subject to certain exceptions. Once your request is verified and we have determined that we are required to delete that information in accordance with applicable law, we will delete your personal information accordingly. Your request to delete your personal information may be denied if it is necessary for us to retain your information under one or more of the exceptions listed in the CCPA. Please note that a record of your deletion request may be kept pursuant to our legal obligations.

“Do Not Sell” Requests:

You may opt-out of “sales” of personal information by clicking the “Do Not Sell My Info” link (set to appear for California-based IP addresses detected via third-party service).

Subject to applicable law, opting out of "sales" will not prevent your personal information from being shared with our affiliates for any purpose or with third parties for non-marketing purposes (for example, to process one of your transactions). Further, this opt-out mechanism will not prevent the transfer of personal information in connection with a merger, reorganization, acquisition, or similar event.

Verifying your request

We would require verification if we get a request for changes in your personal information to avoid any fraud. This request can be raised by you or by someone whom you have authorized to act on your behalf.

The verification would require information that can prove your credibility, to prove that you are the person whose information is altered or been talked about.

If someone is talking on your behalf then they would as an example need a previous booking number under your name to proceed with the request.

We might not address your request if we find it repetitive or unfounded. We may also charge fees to process your request.

We advise you to not share any information that is sensitive for example, ethnicity, racial background, religious and political inclinations, social security numbers, health status, and more to us through any means.
